SIGMA Portfolio Management and Real Estate Consultant LLC was founded in September 2001 to handle real estate agency activities primarily for the FOTEX Group, and for other third party Hungarian and future international real estate investors, leaseholders and property traders.

The main challenge of the company is the economic development (through leasing) of the FOTEX Group's significant real estate portfolio. This portfolio consists mainly of retail outlets and Sugár Shopping Mall as well as office buildings, warehouses and new, currently undeveloped real estates. A part of SIGMA's goals have always been to let retail stores and offer complementary real estate consultancy services. Through its first few years it has been successful in this function and has been able to become a leading firm in this field.

SIGMA's staff has great experience both on the local and international markets covering all segments of the real estate business.

In the near future the company intends to expand its property offerings. At present this consists of 700.000 square meters of buildings under offer and of approximately 1.500.000 square meters of developable in-town land. In addition the firm plans to extend its activities by becoming more active in the international real estate market.
